Almost all employees still have full online access but your workstation must be one of the ones that are experiencing connection problems today. To determine the cause of the problem and prevent it from happening again, I have forwarded your e-mail to our system administrators for further investigation. I expect to have the situation resolved within an hour. In the meantime, please delete your temporary Internet files.
