听力原文： This year's Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to the International Atomic Energy Agency and its Egyptian director General Mohamed E1 Baradei. The Nobel Committee said the award was in recognition of the work to promote the safe and peaceful application of nuclear energy and prevent its use from military purposes. The Nobel Committee in Norway said the award was in recognition of their work to promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy. From Oslo here is Lars Bevanger:
Awarding the prize to Mr. El Baradei and the IAEA will be seen by many as a strong signal from the Nobel Committee to Iran to get in line with the United Nations agency and much of the international community and stop its nuclear program. Tehran reacted angrily two years ago when the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to the liberal Iranian lawyer Shirin Ebadi. The Norwegian Nobel committee might have seen the need to boost the work of the IAEA after an international conference failed to strengthen the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty earlier this year.

Wildlife withdraws and tries to make as little noise as possible to keep from attracting a【C4】______ attention. Man is the biggest predator any wild creature will ever face.
As you drag brush from gardens and yards, be alert and observant for【C5】______ bunnies. Brush piles are favorite spots for rabbits to breed under.
During the past couple of weeks, homeowners cleaning up after numerous snow, rain and wind storms have called for help with baby squirrels nesting in trees that has to be 【C6】______
What can you do？ If a tree is a danger to human and has to be cut, arrange for an experienced tree climber to【C7】______ the baby squirrels before it is cut. Most professional tree trimmers will happily assist, if asked. After the tree is on the ground, if possible, create a leaf nest lined with soft cloth on the ground and place the babies in it, and leave the immediate area. Stay close enough to observe and rescue the babies【C8】______ a neighborhood cat come by to investigate.
The mother squirrel will probably return to【C9】______ her babies and move them to a new nest. The babies will probably be moved to a【C10】______ one. If the mother squirrel has to build a new nest, she can do【C11】______in a matter of hours.
When she comes to retrieve the babies, she will seemingly bite them in the stomach area. They put their tiny, sharp claws around her head and【C12】______ while she carries them to the new nest. The building of a new nest and moving of her clutch may【C13】______ no more than a few hours.
Should the mother squirrel not return, and you need help in saving the baby squirrels.
Native wildlife is protected by law. A licensed rehabiliator is the only person that can【C14】______ orphan, native wildlife to raise and release. During March and April, baby squirrels, rabbits and owls may need your help to survive. The rule of thumb is【C15】______ until you are absolutely sure a baby is an orphan!
It takes all of us human and wild working together to survive.

Make sure the baby is really an【C16】______ Place the babies in a shallow box with plenty of leaves and soft cloth to keep them【C17】______ Do not use terry cloth toweling【C18】______ the threads become entangled in the sharp baby【C19】______ Do not feed! To make finding those jobs easier, the placement services put together a listing of what's available locally. For some students, these part-time jobs could lead to full-time work after graduation, as they may offer experience in their own field, be that finance, marketing or even management. For example, National Saving Bank offers a work on a half-time basis. That's twenty hours a week. Retail stores and restaurants have positions requiring fewer hours. Even less time is expected of those providing childcare. We have a number of families registered with us who were looking for baby sitters for as few as 4 hours a week. For students who prefer outdoor work, there are seasonal positions right on campus, working with the gardening and landscaping teams.
These often require the most time and are the least flexible in terms of scheduling. 听力原文： Eight people were shot and others were stabbed and trampled early Sunday when fighting broke out inside a nightclub above a Times Square arcade, police said. A man who was shot in the chest and a woman shot in the stomach appeared to be the most seriously injured. Both were in critical condition Sunday, said a police spokesman. Three people were hospitalized with stab wounds, and at least two people were trampled by frantic club goers trying to escape the fighting and gunfire, police said.
