近日，安徽省省长许仲林轻车简从，来到巢湖水泥厂。当水泥厂负责人要介绍生产情况时，许仲林打断他的话头：“我这次是专门来看污染治理的，咱们直接去现场吧。”
巢湖水泥厂是一家上市企业，已经实现了达标排放。在现场察看、了解了粉尘治理情况后，许仲林对治理工作给予了肯定，同时又谆谆告诫说，不能认为达标排放就万事大吉，因为达标排放不等于不排放污染物。要抱着对人民群众健康负责的态度，高标准做好环保工作，切实控制污染物排放总量，力争建成花园式工厂，重塑水泥企业形象。
截至10月底，安徽省6275家企业中实现达标排放的为5957家，达标率为95%。省长许仲林对“一控双达标”工作一直高度重视，此前曾多次听汇报、作指示。在最后冲刺阶段，他又抽出时间，专程赶赴巢湖地区第一线“督战”。
看罢水泥厂，许仲林又来到巢湖市的污水排放大户——皖维股份有限公司，查看污水处理设施的运转情况。他叮嘱公司负责人，要加强运行管理，巩固达标成果，严防污染反弹。
“现在距国务院确定的‘一控双达标’最后期限只剩一个月了，可谓时间紧、任务重。”许仲林对随行的有关厅局领导说，“各级政府和有关部门要进一步加强领导，积极有效地进行协调，对达标率低的地区要集中力量进行督察指导，严格执法，确保完成‘一控双达标’任务。”
