Joy-Market Returns PolicyWith a few exceptions, anything purchased from a Joy-Market store may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days provided1) that the goods are unused,2) that the goods are placed in their original package, and3) that proof of purchase is provided.IMPORTANT: please noteFood purchased from our fresh food counters must be returned no later than 24 hours after the time of purchase.Some items must be returned unopened. These items are toys; music CDs and DVDs; computer software and hardware; videos; glassware; kitchenware; undergarments; and packaged hardware items.Customers, or those returning Joy Market items received as gifts, should provide photo identification at the time of application.Customers returning goods valued at less than $100 will be issued an exchange certificate or money order on the spot.For returns of goods valued at $100 or more, a check will be mailed to the purchaser within 3 working days of the return.The amount of refunds or exchange certificates will be the same as the price paid for the item returned.Joy-Market aims to satisfy its customers with high-quality items sold in good condition. Christmas and Boxing Day ArrangementsAs Christmas and Boxing Day fall on a Thursday and Friday this year, all periodical payments falling on those two days will be paid early on Wednesday.
