The patient had fever but there wasn’t any obvious inducement 2 years ago(the body temperature wasn’t measured at that time). 2 hours later, the patient felt pain of bilateral temporal of head. The character of the pain was distending and paroxysmal. The pain last to about 2 hours. The pain was obvious when the patient turned head left and right. The pain was aggravated in the night.
